Sharing the V-Map experience with Mr. Masuda Tishinobu, President of Kaiteki-Kukan FC CO., Ltd

The V-Map system is generating interest around the world.  On Wednesday we enjoyed a visit from Japanese friends.  In Japan, which is one of the most densely populated countries in the world there are hardly any regulatory restrictions on the use of drones for all sorts of purposes. Not surprising then that hundreds of surveyors in Japan are using drones for mapping as a matter of routine. Were it not for the intimidating tactics employed by the FAA, surveying by drone would have been equally prevalent here in the US.  How much longer will we have to wait until American engineers, farmers, developers, scientists and planners can enjoy the advantages of personal mapping?
